Sibiu, with the support of the Ministry of Research, Innovation and Digitization, have the honor to organize at National University of Science and Technology POLITEHNICA Bucharest during the 21st – 22nd November 2024, the International Conference of Nonconventional Technologies - ICNcT 24. International Conference of Nonconventional Technologies - ICNcT 23.
The event is occasioned by the 70th anniversary of Manufacturing Engineering Department (TCM) from the Faculty of Industrial Engineering and Robotics, National University of Science and Technology POLITEHNICA Bucharest.
The International Conference of Nonconventional Technologies is the most representative Romanian conference dedicated to nonconventional machining technologies and has a tradition of 51 years old in the scientific world. The 2024 year, 23th edition subscribes to the current context in which nanotechnologies as part of nonconventional machining are the future of the planet, and their importance in the economic development of every region is heavily considered.
An added value is given to this academic event by co-opting in the international scientific committee remarkable personalities from the field of nonconventional technologies, and organizing the conference in Bucharest, the capital of Romania, which, together with its metropolitan zone, is the most development region of the country. This will offer guests and participants alike the opportunity to find out the most notable achievements of the city.
The papers presented during the Conference will be published in the Nonconventional Technologies Review https://www.revtn.ro/index.php/revtn, scientific publication established in 1997 with quarterly issuing, B+ Review CNCSIS, indexed in several international databases: ProQuest, EBSCOhost, DOAJ, Index Copernicus, Google Scholar and CAB Abstracts.
