Venue
The ICNcT 2023 conference will take place in the city of Bistrița, also known as the "city of the national anthem", an important industrial, economic and academic center in North-Western Romania.
The presentations and sessions of the conference will be hosted by the Technical University of Cluj-Napoca - Bistrita Extension in its newly renovated headquarters situated in the Central Square (Piata Centala).
A historical monument building, the headquarters has been updated with modern technologies and facilities and is equipped to provide excellent conditions for the conference.
